PrintFarmAI is designed to help Etsy sellers organize internal production workflows for multi-printer 3D print operations.
The application uses Etsy data only for the seller-authorized operational services it provides and is not endorsed or certified by Etsy.
What the application uses Etsy data for
- Read seller-authorized order and listing information for internal production planning
- Organize pending work into an operations dashboard
- Help sellers prioritize prints and monitor printer readiness
- Support internal workflow coordination across multiple machines
- Provide operational recommendations, planning assistance, and status visibility only
What the application does not do
- It does not message buyers
- It does not modify orders
- It does not issue refunds, create shipments, or perform external Etsy actions
- It does not sell, rent, or publicly publish Etsy member data
- It does not act as an Etsy-endorsed communication or marketplace management service
Seller controls
Sellers control whether they authorize the application to access their Etsy data. Authorization is granted by the seller and may be revoked at any time through Etsy or by discontinuing use of the application.
If access is revoked, the application will no longer access or process Etsy data associated with the seller’s account. Any stored data is retained only as necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, after which it may be deleted.
Sellers may contact the application developer for support, data access requests, or account-related questions.
Sellers should review this privacy notice together with the application terms that govern their use of the service.
How the information is used
Etsy data accessed through the application is used only to fulfill the services provided to the seller under the application terms, including internal queue visibility, production planning, printer assignment assistance, and workflow monitoring.
The application processes Etsy member information only as needed to support those seller-authorized services.
Storage, security, and disclosure
Information accessed through the application is stored and handled only as reasonably necessary to operate the application, maintain workflow continuity, support troubleshooting, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
The application developer does not sell Etsy member data and does not disclose Etsy member data to third parties except where necessary to operate the application, comply with the law, protect the security of the service, or enforce applicable terms.
Operational scope
The application is intended for seller-facing production organization only and is not built to use Etsy data for unrelated advertising, resale, or independent profiling.
Application features are limited to workflow planning, status visibility, and internal operational assistance for the authorized seller account.
